The Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG), which came into force on 1 July 2005, requires all publicly listed stock corporations to provide the general public at least once a year with a document containing or referring to all information published or otherwise made available to the general public by the issuing company in line with capital market requirements in the previous twelve months.
