Annual Document pursuant to Section 10 of the Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG) for the period from 18 January 2010 to 18 January 2011

The Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG), which came into force on 1 July 2005, requires all publicly listed stock corporations to provide the general public at least once a year with a document containing or referring to all information published or otherwise made available to the general public by the issuing company in line with capital market requirements in the previous twelve months. In accordance with this requirement, MVV Energie AG compiles an annual overview of all publications made in line with capital market requirements in the form of an "Annual Document".
