Nationwide gas sales

Since April 2008, we have also offered our Gas Fund product, with basic features analogous to those of the Electricity Fund, to industrial customers with annual consumption in excess of 600,000 kWh. Customers’ requirements are pooled at the Gas Fund and procured on the wholesale market. From 1 October 2008,
MVV Energie AG will begin to supply industrial gas and multi-location customers.
