At our gas transfer stations we reduce the pressure of the gas supplied to us in highpressure
mains and distribute it to district substations and industrial stations, where
the pressure of the gas is reduced once again to meet our customers' requirements.
Our gas procurement is controlled and optimised by our energy portfolio management. In terms of its sales, gas is our second-largest business segment. The competition for large customers which are favourably located in terms of the grid has intensified since the liberalisation of the gas market. |
