Thanks to our Europe-wide energy trading, we now number among the leading energy-trading enterprises in Germany.

MVV Energie AG continues to grow: We have acquired participations in distribution utilities and value-added services providers both in Germany and abroad. Moreover, we have been investing specifically in decentralised energy generation from environmentally sustainable sources. Owing to strategic participations in young technological enterprises, we have gained access to new and promising key technologies.

Since 1999 we have been listed on the stock exchange as the first municipal public utility in Germany.
