In future, MVV Energie AG will also be able to realise sustainable growth, particularly in the areas of renewable energy and technologies of the future. There we have been pinpointing investments and have been moving fast to gain favourable market positions in time. Nevertheless, we are aware of both the chances and the risks involved. To enhance transparency, we have bundled our participations in companies, which have been accelerating development of technologies of the future and in our venture-capital funds, MVV Innovationsportfolio AG & Co. KGaA. We have also consolidated our activities in the area of renewable energy in an autonomous corporation. In future, we will report about this enterprise as a separate business division.
