The Executive Board of MVV Energie AG has invited the company's shareholders to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held at the Rosengarten Congress Center in Mannheim on 12 March 2010. The invitation, including the agenda, was published in the electronic Federal Official Gazette (Bundesanzeiger) on 25 January 2010 and has since also been available at this site.

The Executive Board has proposed a dividend of Euro 0.90 for each individual share with dividend rights for approval for the 2008/09 financial year.
