Mannheim, May 5, 2003. At its meeting today, the supervisory board of publicly listed MVV Energie AG unanimously named Karl-Heinz Trautmann to the executive board for a term of five years as of October 1, 2003. Karl-Heinz Trautmann will head the newly created corporate division for marketing and sales/energy services at MVV Energie AG, an energy distributor and multi-utility services provider with Europe-wide activities. Born in Mannheim in 1952, Karl-Heinz Trautmann, Diplom-Betriebswirt (VWA), is currently serving as chairman of the executive board at MVV subsidiary Energieversorgung Offenbach AG.
